A lot of noise, a lot of dust, a lot of activity, yes! I try to find my space in between all that, and I manage very well.
It’s so great to enjoy the outdoors, also in the evening.
Chop 1 large carrot, 1 cucumber, 2 bunches of radishes and some cherry tomatoes . Mix with 50 grams of baby spinach and fresh basil. Store cool.
Clean 400 grams of carrots, cut in long pieces. Put them on baking paper. Add 2 chopped garlic cloves, 1 chili, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, a drizzle of olive, pepper and salt. Bake in the oven at 200° for 30 mins. Stir halfway.
Mix 150 grams of Greek yoghurt with, lemon zeste, a drizzle of olive oil, 1 chopped garlic cloves, pepper and salt. Finish with chopped coriander.
Spread some dried oregano and a drizzle of olive oil on two slices of halloumi. Put them on baking paper. Bake in the oven until crispy and hot.
Dinner is ready!
