Celery and sweet potato, I hope they can ease the muscular pains due to all those stairs up and down, down and up😎

Clean 1 small celery ( 800 grams +/-). Chop in cubes and put on baking paper. Clean 1 sweet potato ( 600 grams ). Chop in cubes and put on baking paper. Clean 300 grams of carrots. Chop and put on the same oven tray on the baking paper. Add a good drizzle of olive oil, 1 table spoon of curry powder, 1 table spoon of cumin seeds. Bake in the oven at 200° for 40 mins. Stir and add 4 chopped garlic cloves. Continue the baking for another 20 mins. Taste, add pepper and salt.

Chop and handful of fresh parsley. Mix with 75 grams of sour cream, pepper and salt.

Serve the vegetarian dish with dots of the cream while stretching your legs😉.
