Wherever you travel and you plan to cook your own meal now and again, take some baking paper with you😂

We love to travel and stay in appartments mainly to have more freedom and to have a kitchen. Lunch outside, dinner inside our temporarily home is our ideal formula. Dinner outside is for sure optional if we are sure to eat in a special way. An appartment with oven is ideal. Coming home after hiking and being physically tired, I still find some energy to prepare a nice dinner and take my shower.

Chop 2 fennels ( male and female 😉). Put on baking paper on an oven tray. Add 600 grams of new potatoes and a drizzle of olive oil. Bake in the oven at 200° for 40 mins. Stir and add 4 chopped garlic cloves, 2 chilis and 1 table spoon of fresh chopped rosemary. Continue the baking for another 20 mins.

Prepare 2 small whole fish ( dorade).

Put the fish in the middle of the oven tray. Bake for another 20 mins.

Finish with fresh parsley, pepper and salt. Serve with 75 grams of sour cream mixed with pepper, salt and fresh parsley.

Time to give your quadriceps some rest.

  1. Sounds delicious. But….for me when we travel, a knife, some rope, a store box, is much more handy then baking paper. I cut my own herbs in nature, some of them I can dry and take at home, therefore the rope and box…..Love it when I cook to have herbs from all over the world! Love sis xxx

    1. We have the same love for nature and food. Wild fennel, fresh rosemary, bay leaves adds flavor and color to our food. Baking paper is an easy tool to cook in the oven even if you find no oven dishes. Love you too 😍
