For 2-3p mix 200 grams of minced chicken meat and 150 grams of Italian sausage meat. Add 2 chopped garlic cloves, 1 table spoon of dried thyme, 2 table spoons of pine nuts, 2 table spoons of pumpkin seeds, the zeste of 1 lemon,1 egg and 50 grams of old bread soaked in some milk. Mix everything carefully, manual preferably. Add pepper and salt. Make a perfect shaped meatloaf and put in an oiled dish. Bake in the preheated oven at 200° for 15 mins. Add 750 grams of roughly (pieces of 3-4 cm) chopped carrots, 1 table spoon of pumpkin seeds, thyme, pepper, salt and 2 chopped garlic cloves. Continue to bake in the oven at 180° for 30-40 mins.
